Texicote was established 30 years ago on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

The Texicote products have become synonymous with the kind of high quality that comes with the passion to create something special.

In 2007, Texicote was bought out by Lilly Industries.

Lilly Industries was established in 1865 in Indianapolis Indiana USA as one of the first coating companies in the world. With manufacturing plants around the world, Lilly continued to grow until 2000 when Lilly was bought by the American giant Valspar and together became the sixth largest coatings company in the world.

Currently operating in over 60 countries worldwide, 10000 employees, and with an annual turnover in 2007 of in excess of $4 Billion, Valspar produces chemicals and coating suitable for all possible and conceivable purposes.

Lilly Industries P/L is an Australian company based in Sydney. Operating since 1996, Lilly is a wholly owned business unit of Valspar.

Texicote® manufacture a range of products including Durapel® fabric & carpet protectors, and Anti-mould  products for all fabric types and Leathertex® Upholstery Leather Care products all manufactured to ISO9001 Standards.
